Your free consultation is simple where you and your personal trainer can meet up for the first time and have an informal chat to discuss what you want to achieve and where you are currently.
Then your trainer will explain everything from what you can expect from a session, to session fee's and payment options.
This also give you the opportunity to see what we have to offer at no risk to your self, you don't need to come in your training gear or bring any money. all we ask is come for a chat and see what we can do for you.
