- For weight/ fat loss mix both cardio and weight training sessions in to your exercise regime, don't just focus on one as this will seriously hamper your training goals.
- Eat a high protein meal for breakfast and keep carbs moderate in the evening, remember night time is when your body heals its self if you don't put in to your body what it needs it can't do the job you want it to.
- Get to bed as close to dusk as possible, your body releases a lot of hormones at night time including meletonine which is essential for growth and repair but also fat loss. However it is only released fully if your not exposing yourself to excess light (turn the T.V. off).
- When exercising your routine should change every 4 to 6 weeks to keep your body adapting and therefore improving.
- Drink a pint of water upon rising this will crank up your digetive acids alowing you to effectively absorb your breakfast.
- If your not hungry when you first wake up you've probably had too many carbs brfore you went to bed.
- If it hurts when you train or after you've finished your probably doing something wrong, get some advice from a qualified trainer.
- Follow the right diet plan for your body, we're not all the same and therefore need different fuel ratio's
- Combine Total body, Multy-directional and single movement exercises in to your work out, by using free motion exercises and exercise equiptment.
- Don't waist your time using static gym machinery, its single plane movement and will weaken the smaller muscle groups in your body affecting posture, both staic and dynamic.
- Train bigger muscles first then smaller muscle groups within the same workout, or work out smaller muscle groups on a different dat all together.
